Studio communication is a sequence: inquiry, pre-session instructions, confirmation, a recorded deposit, a reminder, arrival, then aftercare. The message and the client file have to match.
TattooHealth sends the WhatsApp reminder before the visit and the care steps from the protocol. It records the deposit. It does not charge the card when the booking is created.
